Tuning frequency options and custom music scales

I'd like the ability to generate songs tuned to specific frequencies such as 432, 440, 444, or 528 Hz, and to define a custom music scale for a generation. The option to apply a low-pass and/or high-pass filter at a chosen frequency would also be valuable. These controls would allow for intentional, resonance-based music creation that isn't currently possible on the platform.
