Recite-only or fully spoken mode

I would like to have a feature that allows for a text to be delivered in a fully spoken or recite-only mode. This would help in situations where a spoken word style is preferred over a sung delivery. Currently, there are workarounds using delivery style cues, but a dedicated mode would be more effective and reliable.
