Quick "flag" button to report bad generations (pronunciation, glitchy vocals)

Add a quick flag/report button on a generated track so users can mark when a generation comes out wrong, for example mispronounced words or a vocal that goes off. Requested by a prolific user (100+ published songs) who often generates many versions of a track. Right now, when a generation misses on something like pronunciation or vocal quality, there's no easy way to report it. The user noted they've let many of these slide because raising it felt like too much hassle, even in cases where a credit refund might have been warranted. A one-tap flag would: - Give users a low-friction way to report quality issues at the source - Feed quality signal back to the team on where generations fall short - Tie into credit refund handling for clearly failed generations Suggested placement: on the track itself, alongside the existing generation actions.
