Export lyrics as a .cdg file (karaoke format)

A user asked for the option to download song lyrics as a .cdg file so they can use their Songer tracks with karaoke players and software. The .cdg format pairs with an audio track to display time-synced lyrics on screen. Requested outcome: an export option that produces a .cdg file synced to the generated song.
